Service

Residential construction and remodeling, in particular, is a service business. We don’t sell a product, we provide a service. That service includes all interactions with our clients from the first contact and includes every contact we have though and beyond the completion of their project. How we speak, dress, our timeliness, organization, and communication are just as important as our ability to build and are all part of the service we provide.

 

Professionalism

Our clients invite us into their homes as guests and allow us access when they are not there. We must honor that trust by protecting their homes and property and by maintaining a clean and organized project. Our work will be inspected every night by our clients, their neighbors, and their friends. They may not understand exactly what we do or how we do it, but they will certainly judge our professionalism, in large part, by the appearance and condition of the work area.
